Reservations:

Your reservation will be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

Cancellations:

You have 72 hours prior to check in to cancel or move your reservation.

Notifying Inn at Mavericks of a Cancellation Request: To avoid errors and for your protection, any notice for modifications or cancellations must be delivered to Inn at Mavericks via email during regular business hours (11 a.m. to 4 p.m. U.S. PST); if received outside of business hours, the notice will be considered received the next business day. We highly recommend replying to your confirmation email to confirm receipt; our systems are the only official record of receipt, and we cannot be responsible for server/filter errors. Cancellation within 72 hours of your check-in will result in a charge for the full amount of your stay. The Inn at Mavericks will try to rebook your room, if we can, we will refund your cancellation fee.

No Unregistered Guests/Visitors:

For the safety and wellbeing of all guests, we ask only registered guests of Inn at Mavericks to enjoy the property and its facilities. Visitors are not allowed to use the firepits without a registered guest. We do not allow any visitor pets at any time. If you, the registered guest, violate this policy, you may be required to leave the property and not be allowed to return. No refunds for the remainder of your stay will be given.

Smoking:

The Inn at Mavericks is a non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. This includes cannabis, candles, incense, and vapes. A fee of $300 will be charged for smoking on the property.

Dog Policy:

Dogs are only allowed in the ground floor rooms (Flat Rock, Mavericks and The Jetty). Your dog must be a mature, well trained, and a minimum of 18 months old. There is a $20.00 per dog / per night fee. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room. If your dog is not declared prior to your arrival an additional $50.00 will be charged to your account. We are unable to accommodate puppies. Out of respect to other guests, dogs that are chronic barkers or dogs that constantly bark when around new people, are not allowed. Dogs must not under any circumstances be left unattended. Dogs are not permitted on the beds or any other furniture. Excessive Cleaning and/or Room Damage fees may apply for any violations. Visiting dogs requires advanced approval. Please Note: If you know that your dog(s) may struggle in the adherence to the above policy, please avoid any issues by not bringing them to Inn at Mavericks. Excessive Cleaning:

If a room is left extremely dirty, a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

Room Damage:

If rooms are damaged during a stay, that is beyond reasonable wear and tear, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged items plus a $500 fee. This includes all walls, fixtures and/or furnishings.

Lost Key:

Guests will be charged a fee of $25 for any lost room key.

Parking:

Inn at Mavericks parking lot is for guests only. No oversized vehicles, large trucks, RVs or campers are allowed. No trailers of any kind are allowed.

Policy Enforcement:

At the discretion of Inn at Mavericks, violation of any of these policies can be grounds for immediate eviction, forfeiture of lodging fees, and liability for damages, depending on the severity of the infraction.

Caution And Release Of Liability:

Inn at Mavericks has pathways and other natural elements—including but not limited to a misstep in a gopher hole or encounters with domestic and wild animals on premise and surrounding area—can create certain inherent risks to human and animal life and property, up to and including death. Guests and his or her entire party, including dogs, must use ordinary care when walking near natural elements on the premises. Guests agree to assume the risks, and to release and hold the Inn at Mavericks harmless from any and all claims and injuries to guests and guests’ real and personal property arising from or near aforementioned areas or other natural elements at the property, including those claims caused or alleged to be caused by a negligent act or omission by Inn at Mavericks, LLC.

Room Rates:

Room rates noted are for single or double occupancy. Prices do not include Transient Occupancy Tax.
